Job Description

Successful applicants will be on a 24 or 32 hour per week contract (3 or 4 x eight hour shifts) in a busy petrol station and convenience store, and need to be able to travel to Byfield at times when public transport is not available. Shift patterns include early mornings, late evenings and weekends so flexibility is important. Applicants will need to demonstrate excellent customer care skills as we are a village community with many local customers using our forecourt, shop and bakery.

The role is varied and full training will be given in all parts of the business so no previous experience is necessary except the ability to interact with and take care of our customers!!

You will need the following for this role to suit you:-

A natural flair for great service, making each customer's day a little bit better for having shopped with us The ability to build relationships with regular customers and colleagues, communicating openly and being of the highest integrity Initiative - The ability to see through customers eyes what needs to be done!
