Shop Assistant

to join our vibrant gift & souvenir shop in the heart of Oxford!

About the Role:

As a Shop Assistant, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing

exceptional customer service

with a friendly and approachable manner Assisting customers with purchases and offering product recommendations Handling

till operations

and processing transactions accurately Maintaining a clean, organised, and visually appealing store layout Replenishing stock and ensuring displays are attractive and well-stocked Assisting with stock-taking and deliveries Working as part of a team to meet sales targets

About You:

We are looking for someone with:

Previous retail sales experience

(essential)

warm, engaging, and customer-focused attitude

-Strong

communication and interpersonal skills

-Good numeracy skills and the ability to handle cash/card transactions confidently
-A proactive and

team-player mindset

-The ability to work flexibly, including weekends and busy periods
