We are looking for a charity shop sales assistant for 5 days a week ( you will be required to work weekdays and weekends).

Location: Charity Shop - Fulham, Raynes Park, Tooting

Salary: 12.50 per hour.

Work days include weekends on a rota basis. Our opening hours are Monday to Saturday 10am to 6pm and Sunday 11am to 5pm, bank holidays 11am to 5pm.

You will be working in a team with the store manager, sales assistants, and volunteers. You should be able to commute to our Fulham shop. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible for this position.

You should be able to work:

- as part of the team as well as independently
- contributing towards maximising charity shop sales and profits
- supporting successful day to day running of the charity shop
- to represent Little Lives UK in a professional manner

Summary

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Little Lives UK Charity. Responsibilities

Assist customers with their purchases while providing exceptional service. Promote the charity's mission and initiatives to customers. Manage sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment. Support inventory management, including restocking shelves and tracking stock levels. Engage with customers to encourage donations and upselling of products. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer experience.

Requirements

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Proven sales experience, preferably in a retail environment. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. Multilingual abilities are a plus, particularly in English and Spanish. Organizational skills to maintain store standards and manage inventory.
