Role: Sales Assistant (Full Time)

Location: Fone World

SALARY: 23.800 - 28.000 P/A

The Role

This is a full time, permanent role. Being a Sales Assistant at Fone World requires a diverse set of skills. Our stores are fast-paced and very dynamic which poses plenty of opportunities and challenges.

Key responsibilities

Welcome and help customers that enter the store whether they need tech support, advice, repair, or would like to purchase accessories Sharing your knowledge about products on offers and using that knowledge to help customers make the right choice Ensure that the repairs workspace remains in excellent working order, neat, clean and with all the right tools you and the team need to conduct repairs Ensure that all daily tasks and repairs comply with Health & Safety at all times through all procedures and ensure that the store is a safe working environment at all times. Own and manage the stock levels within the store alongside storage, safety, and security Create a store, which is welcoming - one that customers will see as the place to go for quality repairs and products.

Key Skills, Knowledge and Experience

Previous sales experience A passion and curiosity about technology and problem solving An engaging communication style, energetic and proactive with an excellent customer focus Experience working in a fast paced environment Strong IT skills Knowledge of the mobile telecom sector and an interest in communications technology (beneficial but not essential) Flexible approach to work and meeting the needs of the company
