Job description:

Retail Assistants are the driving force within the brand, they are bridging the gap between the brand and customers. They will have customer centricity at the forefront of their mind and will be confident to initiate conversations with every customer within the store. They will represent the brand positively and ensure customers leave with a positive impression.

Ideal applicant:

Previous retail experience (preferred, but not essential) Passionate about delivering great customer service Enthusiasm, energy and a proactive approach to work Stays calm and patient in pressurised situations A collaborative mindset and team-first attitude Must be available over the full Christmas period, including Black Friday, Christmas eve, Boxing Day and surrounding weeks

Key responsibilities:

Providing exceptional customer service by converting browsers to buyers Strong presence on the shop floor Confidence to deal with difficult customers and provide them with a positive experience Minimising theft through good awareness Having genuine conversations with customers Replenishing the sales floor with urgency
