Brace yourself, festive chaos is coming, and we need extra hands to survive it(preferably attached to fun, fabulous people)

What you'll need: Great people skills. Charm even the grumpiest last-minute shopper.

Have a love for all things Scribbler: Gifts, party, cards, and glorious mayhem. A good attitude with a touch of sass and rebellion against boring things.

Be a self-starter (we don't know what this means but everyone puts it in job ads)

(It's like working in Santa's workshop, only with more swearing and your manager probably won't be as jolly)

Duties:

-Greet customers warmly and provide assistance both proactively and as needed.
-Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
-Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
-Maintain an organised and visually appealing store environment.
-Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting stock checks.
-Upsell products by highlighting features and benefits.
-Day to day cash management.

Skills:

-Strong organisational skills to manage tasks efficiently.
-Basic maths skills for processing transactions accurately and cashing up the tills.
-Strong communication skills to interact positively with customers and colleagues.
-Time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. If this sounds like a bit of you then don't hesitate to forward your CV.
