Cardzone Ltd/ Retail Team Member/Dundee New Clintons Store

Do you have a passion for customer service and a love for beautiful cards and gifts? We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Team Members to join our team at our new Dundee store.

As a Team Member, you'll be the face of our store, providing excellent customer service, assisting with sales, and helping to create a welcoming shopping environment for all our visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner, helping them find the perfect cards, gifts, and accessories.

Sales Support: Process transactions, handle cash, and ensure the checkout experience is quick and efficient.

Stock Management: Assist with replenishing stock, organizing products, and ensuring the store is always well-stocked and neat.

Visual Merchandising: Help maintain the store's displays, ensuring that cards, gifts, and seasonal items are attractively presented.

Store Presentation: Keep the store tidy, organized, and visually appealing, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

Team Collaboration: Work with the rest of the team to achieve sales targets, share ideas, and support each other in creating a positive and fun store environment.

Key Skills and Experience:

Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in a card, gift, or similar retail setting.

Friendly, approachable, and confident when interacting with customers.

Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people.

A keen eye for detail, with an interest in visual merchandising.

Able to work well within a team and be proactive in day-to-day tasks.

Flexibility to work weekends and peak periods, including holidays.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 12 per week
