The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and sales-driven

Retail Sales Assistant

to join our friendly team. Your main responsibility will be to deliver outstanding customer service while maximising sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Engage warmly with customers, offering knowledgeable advice and product recommendations Drive sales by promoting key products, special offers, and upselling where appropriate Maintain high visual merchandising standards to showcase our cashmere and souvenir ranges Process transactions accurately and efficiently Support stock management, including restocking and inventory checks Contribute to a positive, welcoming store environment for both customers and colleagues

About You

Proven retail or customer service experience (luxury or fashion retail experience is an advantage) Confident in engaging with customers from diverse backgrounds Target-driven with a genuine passion for selling Reliable, flexible, and a strong team player A positive attitude and a love for Scotland's culture and heritage
