Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Dealing with customer queries both in-store and over the phone.
Product knowledge across a wide range of clothing/footwear/sports equipment
Cash handling/Card transactions - managing point of sales process.
Assist with sales process by maintaining a fully stocked store.
Manage internal transfers between stores.
Visual merchandising of stock displays.
Stock management
General cleaning/housekeeping duties - maintaining store standards.
Adhere to company policies and procedures and participate in all job training.
Essential:
GCSE English and Maths or equivalent essential.
It is essential the candidate has proven experience within sales, retail or customer service. A minimum of 2 years previous experience would be a distinct advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The capacity to work effectively and accurately within a fast-paced environment.
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Basic administration skills/computer literate.
A willingness to follow orders.
Problem solving skills and the ability to use own initiative.
Must be fully flexible including evenings and weekends.

Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour
