We are seeking a Retail Assistant who can deliver exceptional customer service and support the day-to-day operations of our farm shop in Eye, including the presentation and sale of fresh, locally produced goods. The Retail Assistant will help create a welcoming environment for customers, maintain product displays, and ensure the shop runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful service to all customers.
Operate the till system and handle cash, card, and other transactions accurately.
Restock shelves and ensure displays are well-presented and attractively merchandised.
Assist with receiving and checking deliveries of farm produce and other stock.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the shop.
Monitor stock levels and alert the Retail Manager of low or out-of-stock items.
Comply with health and safety, food safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
Represent the farm's values of sustainability, quality, and local sourcing.

Experience Required:
