Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Sales
Greet every customer warmly and professionally upon entry
Deliver exceptional service and product knowledge on the shop floor
Support customers with enquiries and ensure a positive shopping experience
Promote key products to increase sales and conversion
Work towards personal and team sales targets with energy and enthusiasm
Handle difficult or dissatisfied customers professionally and calmly
Store Operations & Standards
Assist in the merchandising, ticketing, and tagging of stock
Replenish best-selling products to maximise availability
Maintain cleanliness and organisation across the sales floor and stockrooms
Participate in daily store tidy-up and ensure areas are ready for trade
Ensure all stock is correctly priced, tagged, and displayed to visual standards
Support with visual merchandising and shopfloor replenishment activities
Loss Prevention & Stock Control
Maintain high awareness of store loss prevention practices
Observe customer behaviour and report suspicious activity to management
Assist with stockroom and shopfloor audits as required

What We're Looking For:
Essential:
Experience in a customer-facing retail role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced store
Strong attention to detail and personal accountability
Understanding of loss prevention procedures
Confident working to sales targets
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Desirable:
Experience using EPOS or till systems
A passion for football and the West Ham United brand
Strong written English and numeracy skills
