Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide tailored recommendations. Effectively sell products through upselling techniques and by highlighting special promotions. Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed. Handle customer inquiries via phone and in-person with excellent phone etiquette. Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance. Stay informed about product knowledge to assist customers effectively.

Skills

Strong selling skills with the ability to upsell products effectively. Bilingual or multilingual abilities, particularly in English and Spanish, are highly desirable. Excellent organisational skills to manage stock levels and maintain store appearance. Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks during busy periods. Strong communication skills to engage with customers and team members confidently.
