Retail & Kitchen Assistant

to join our friendly team.

This role is primarily

shop floor-based

, focusing on customer service, merchandising, and general retail duties, while also supporting our kitchen team with food preparation and bake-off tasks when required.

Key Responsibilities

Retail/Shop Duties (Primary Focus):

Serve customers, operate the till, and provide excellent customer service Restock shelves and maintain attractive product displays Keep the store clean, tidy, and welcoming Use upselling techniques to promote key products and offers Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth store operations

Kitchen Duties (Secondary):

Assist with daily food preparation and evening bake-off (e.g., pastries, pizzas, sandwiches) Maintain high hygiene standards in food areas, including cleaning and sanitising equipment Support with stock rotation and replenishment of kitchen supplies Cover staff breaks in the kitchen and support during busy periods

Weekend availability is essential

, with a minimum contract of

14 hours per week

What We're Looking For:
