Retail Advisor
to join our specialist team.
This role is ideal for someone with equestrian experience who enjoys helping customers and wants to be part of a knowledgeable, friendly and professional retail environment.

What We're Looking For
Equestrian experience or a strong interest in horses (essential)
A genuine commitment to excellent customer service
A positive, reliable and well-presented approach
Confidence in a customer-facing environment
Willingness to learn and develop new skills
Weekend availability on a rota basis
Previous retail or customer service experience is essential.
Your Responsibilities
Welcoming customers and providing professional, knowledgeable advice
Supporting riders with product recommendations and fittings
Assisting outdoor customers with boots, clothing and equipment
Processing sales at the till
Maintaining store standards, including stock presentation and organisation
Helping with merchandising, promotions and stock counts
Building long-term customer relationships
This is an advisory retail role where your equestrian knowledge will be genuinely valued.

This role involves standing for most of the day and lifting deliveries up to 15kg. Are you comfortable with this?
Are you happy to help with shop floor tasks such as tidying, restocking, unpacking deliveries, and merchandising?
Are you able to reliably commute to our Littlehampton store (BN17) for a 8:45am start?
