Natterjack running Liverpool seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in finding the perfect products to meet their needs. You will play a crucial part in driving sales and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their Enquiries. Demonstrate product knowledge(training will be given) and provide recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction. Engage in up-selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed. Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system. Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment. Keep track of inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves as needed. post social media post, reels, videos actively engage on social media to promote store and products we sell post/ broadcast live social media post about new products we have in-store. social media customer Engagement push sales through social media, website, in-store actively take part in running, run related promotional events. promote and arrange brand and products try on and demo events.

Skills

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers. Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone. Ability to up-sell products while maintaining a genuine approach to customer service. Highly organised with attention to detail in maintaining store presentation. Proficient in basic math for handling transactions and cash management. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving a diverse customer base. A passion for retail and a desire to provide outstanding service are essential for success in this role. Must be able to work on weekends, Willing to learn and take responsibilities. key holding responsibilities, including opening and closing knowledge in sales and reading customer body language. good knowledge in running related sports.
