City Link Solutions are looking for ambitious individuals to learn all aspects of our business from marketing and customer service to administration and management. You will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all customers

We are a Sales and Marketing Company with a new but already established reputation, built here in London. We help our clients increase their Market Share and Brand Awareness through Events, Business to Business and Residential Campaigns.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them to meet their needs. Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively convey product information and promotions. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Handle customers inquiries by providing information about products and services. Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals and maintain a positive work environment. Representing major clientele and assisting them by meeting customers to discuss their brand, while delivering the best face to face customer service .

The ideal candidate

Strong communication skills in English. Excellent time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively during busy periods. Ability to engage with customers confidently, demonstrating a passion for selling and providing outstanding service. A friendly disposition with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Please note that our interview process involves a 3-part assessment, including a day spent shadowing one of our team member for a full insight, which is unpaid and does not cover expenses. This role is self-employed, so the right to work in the UK is required.

Pay: 13.15 per hour
