The key to this role is SALES! You must be extroverted and want to talk to people. If you are keen to talk to people and sell jewellery on each interaction, this is the role for you! Customer engagement & SALES, SALES, SALES is what will be required by going out and reaching out to customers going past and talking to people throughout the whole shift to make SALES!

There is potential for a bonus depending on sales reached. The pop up shop is based in Westfield Shepherds Bush London. The goal is long term placement & we require an enthusiastic sales leader to drive sales & growth! We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with their purchases. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport will be key in driving sales and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and increase overall sales. Handle transactions accurately using the till, ensuring basic maths skills are applied for cash handling. Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or taking orders over the phone. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment. Stay informed about product features, promotions, and store policies to effectively communicate with customers. Assist in inventory management by conducting stock checks and reporting discrepancies as needed.

Requirements

Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organisational abilities to maintain a tidy and orderly workspace. Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with diverse customers. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are advantageous for serving a wider customer base. Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is crucial. A friendly disposition with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
