Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs Provide product information and recommendations to optimise customer satisfaction Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure an attractive and organised sales floor Upsell products effectively to maximise sales opportunities Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, adhering to phone etiquette and organisational procedures Manage stock levels, restock shelves, and organise merchandise displays Assist in organising promotional events and seasonal displays Handle customer enquiries both in person and via telephone with professionalism and courtesy Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the sales area at all times Support team members during busy periods, demonstrating excellent time management skills

Qualifications

Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is advantageous Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively Basic maths skills for handling transactions and stock counts Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently Experience in merchandising or retail sales is preferred Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills Ability to upsell products tactfully to increase sales revenue Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
