The role

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you'll be at the heart of the customer journey. From welcoming shoppers and answering questions to supporting sales and keeping the store running smoothly, you'll play a key role in creating a positive experience for every customer.

Key responsibilities include:

Delivering outstanding customer service with a friendly, approachable attitude Assisting customers with purchases, product advice, and enquiries Supporting sales processes and achieving both personal and team targets Maintaining store presentation and ensuring stock is well organised Working as part of a team to create a welcoming and energetic atmosphere

What we're looking for:

Strong communication skills and a natural ability to engage with people A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-moving retail environment Team player with good organisational skills Previous retail or sales experience is beneficial, but not essential
