About the Role

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will support daily store operations, engage with customers and drive positive shopping experiences. You'll learn how to deliver exceptional service, understand customer needs and contribute to a high-performing retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and provide product information Support sales processes and meet daily service standards Maintain store presentation, stock levels and product displays Handle customer enquiries professionally and accurately Work closely with the retail team to support smooth operations
