ELEMIS Overview:
As our Retail Sales Assistant, you will assist in the day-to-day running of the Elemis store by driving the sales of Elemis products. Your passion for Elemis and providing exceptional product knowledge to ensure strong sales KPIS are essential in this role.
As a retail expert, you will ensure link selling and eventing is key to your remit reporting into the Store Managment Team.
Your organisation and attention to detail will ensure that the Company standards are always maintained, through the delivery of an exceptional Elemis journey for each client. Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
To pro-actively and enthusiastically drive sales and ensure that both personal targets and store targets are met, and to strive to exceed set targets. * To raise awareness of the Elemis brand and educate clients in the product and range.

• To participate fully in promotional / PR activity and ensure the success of the promotion and/or event.
• Ensure products prescribed are appropriate to clients' needs and take into account medical contraindications.
• To assist the Store Management Team in accurately recording sales figures and stock levels to meet and exceed KPIs as agreed by the business.
• To maintain the Elemis store to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation.
• Ensure that customer service is of the highest standard and to handle any client complaints promptly and consult the Managment team in all cases.
• Ensure that all details regarding clients are kept in the strictest of confidence, locked away and information is never discussed with inappropriate parties either inside or outside of the Company.

• Ensure all duties carried out and actions completed in every aspect of your role, contribute to the short and long-term Sustainability Goals set-forth by the ELEMIS - Climate, Biodiversity & People Pillars
• To be mindful of Elemis sustainability pledge when ordering Testers and Professional grade Products.
• To be mindful of Elemis sustainability pledge when planning and executing Promotional activities, reducing waste wherever possible.
• To carry out other duties as so requested by management at time to time.
