As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining merchandise displays, and driving sales through effective upselling techniques. Duties

You will need a full driving licence and a car
Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products.

Provide knowledgeable information about products and services to enhance the customer experience. Engage in upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities. Maintain an organised and visually appealing merchandising display. Handle transactions accurately using basic math skills for cash handling. Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed within the designated shift. Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries via phone or email. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements

Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred. Experience in merchandising is advantageous. Basic mathematical skills for handling cash transactions. Excellent organisational skills to manage inventory and store layout effectively. Time management abilities to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing customer interactions with diverse clientele.
