What We're Looking For

Equestrian knowledge or a strong interest in horses A genuine passion for customer service A positive attitude, honesty, and hard-working nature Willingness to learn and develop your skills

Your Role as a Retail Sales Assistant

Welcome customers and help them find the right products Share your knowledge and make personalised recommendations Providing equestrian advice and recommendations to customers Process sales at the checkout Unpack deliveries and keep the shop floor organised Assist with displays, stock takes, and promotions Build relationships with customers to keep them coming back
Experience in customer service is valuable but not essential -

enthusiasm and the right attitude matter most

Hours & Location

Full-time position Hours: 8:45am-5:15pm
