Kitchen appliance sales:
Appliance Shop have been a successful local business for over 25 years, selling premium, top brand kitchen appliances throughout the UK.
We are looking for a qualified experienced Sales Administrator to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries with advice on alternatives to retain orders.
You will be working from our retail showroom in our large warehouse premises on Heysham Road. You will be answering incoming sales calls and enquiries from customer throughout the UK. You will be processing orders through our website and booking in suitable delivery times for customers onto our various delivery schedules.
Our ideal candidate will need to be goal-oriented and have a deep knowledge of customer service best practices. This is a customer focused and fast-paced role. You will be expected to have a confident and polite telephone manner. If you have exceptional organizational skills and draw energy from being part of a team, we would like to meet you.
Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high quality customer service and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Process orders via email or phone
Security checks with card holder/screening/credit card/ acquirer.
Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
Contact clients to confirm orders and book appropriate day for delivery.
Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
Maintain and update sales and customer records
Communicate important feedback from customers internally and externally.
Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
Proficient IT
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
A team player with high level of dedication
Ability to work under strict deadlines
You will be required to work 37.5 hours per week, 5 days per week. Alternate Saturdays required. You will be issued a 4 week working rota in advance each month.
