Our Krispy Kreme Hotlight Store and Drive-Thru in Shannon Corner, New Malden, is one of our most iconic locations -- where guests can watch our doughnuts being made fresh every day. When the famous Hotlight is on, a new batch is rolling off the line, inviting everyone to enjoy a warm Original Glazed doughnut straight from the production line.


With both an in-store experience and a busy drive-thru, it's a lively, energetic environment where our team bring smiles to every guest. Full of teamwork, fun, and that unmistakable Krispy Kreme magic, it's a fantastic place to work and be part of spreading joy across South West London.

What You'll Be Doing

Join the team that brings smiles (and doughnuts) to life! As a team member, you'll:

Welcome every guest with a friendly face and genuine warmth Serve up our delicious doughnuts and drinks with confidence and care Recommend your favourite flavours and help guests find theirs Keep the store looking fresh, stocked, and ready for the next rush Jump in where needed--from the till to the display, and everywhere in between Help maintain a clean, safe, and fun environment

We're on the lookout for someone who's:

18 or over (due to lone-working responsibilities) Seeking part-time hours with the flexibility to work opening and closing shifts Available throughout the week, Monday to Sunday A natural team player with a passion for making someone's day Positive, eager to learn, and ready to roll up their sleeves Dependable, enthusiastic, and brings good vibes wherever they go
