Your role will involve merchandising products effectively and engaging with customers to drive sales.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide tailored assistance Maintain a well-organised sales floor, ensuring products are merchandised effectively Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with professionalism Conduct transactions accurately using basic math skills for cash handling Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the retail space, including stockrooms Demonstrate effective phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not essential Strong communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual candidates (especially in Spanish) are highly desirable Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively A proactive attitude towards upselling and promoting products Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
