Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs. Provide knowledgeable advice on products and services to enhance the customer experience. Engage in upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities. Maintain an organised and visually appealing merchandise display. Process transactions accurately using the till system. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Keep the sales floor tidy and well-stocked throughout the day. Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not essential. Proficient phone etiquette for handling customer calls and inquiries. A keen interest in merchandising to help create attractive displays that drive sales.
