As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them in their shopping experience, and ensuring that the store is well-presented and stocked.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their shopping needs. Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers. Assist in merchandising products on the sales floor to enhance visual appeal. Employ upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities. Maintain an organised and tidy store environment, ensuring products are displayed correctly. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner. Manage time efficiently to ensure all tasks are completed within designated shifts. Utilise phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries.

Requirements

Proficiency in English is essential; bilingual or multilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish, are highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers. Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing accurate change. Excellent organisational skills to maintain stock levels and store presentation. Previous experience in retail or sales is an advantage but not mandatory. A positive attitude and willingness to learn about products and services offered.
