We are opening a POP UP shop inside the Grosvenor Shopping Centre for the Christmas period. Starting on the 4th of December until the 30th. Ideally, looking for confident reliable people to engage with customers who will be available throughout the 4 week period.
Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
Provide detailed product information and answer customer queries effectively
Upsell products and promote special offers to maximise sales opportunities
Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure attractive product displays
Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and process transactions efficiently
Manage stock levels, organise stockroom, and assist with inventory counts
Ensure the sales floor remains clean, organised, and welcoming at all times
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling customer enquiries via telephone or online channels
Utilise organisational skills to prioritise tasks during busy periods
Support team members in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 4 weeks
Pay: 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 35 per week
