About the Role:
We're looking for a friendly and proactive Retail Sales Assistant to join our high-street store. You'll be the face of our brand, helping customers find what they love while delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with product selection
- Maintain store presentation and stock levels
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Support promotional campaigns and seasonal launches
- Handle customer queries and returns professionally
Requirements:
- Previous retail experience preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and team spirit
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
