Job Summary:
As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of House of Cavani, providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them in finding the perfect suit or formal wear. You will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining store standards, and creating a welcoming environment for all customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Greet customers warmly, provide personalised service, and assist with fitting and styling to ensure each customer finds the perfect suit.
Sales Support:
Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide product recommendations confidently, and close sales to meet or exceed store targets.
Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on the latest suit styles, fabric options, and trends to provide informed advice to customers.
Visual Merchandising:
Help maintain store presentation, including neatly displayed merchandise, clean fitting rooms, and organised sales floors.
Stock Management:
Assist with inventory control, including restocking items, conducting inventory counts, and helping manage incoming deliveries.
Cash Handling:
Operate the cash register, process transactions, handle returns, and ensure accurate cash handling procedures.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with team members to achieve sales goals, participate in store meetings, and assist with training new staff as needed.
Showroom Standard's:
Maintain outstanding showroom condition and visual merchandising standards.
Qualifications:
Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in fashion or formal wear.
Cash handling / taking payments
A passion for fashion, styling, and helping customers look their best.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to customer service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
