Marie-Blanche Jewellery is a new jewellery boutique which opened November 2024 on Berkhamsted High Street, offering a beautifully curated collection of timeless and contemporary pieces. Our boutique is designed to provide a luxurious shopping experience, with an emphasis on exceptional customer service and personal attention to detail. Part-Time Retail Sales Assistant
. If you have a passion for jewellery and fashion, love working in a customer-facing role, and enjoy being part of a small, supportive team, we'd love to meet you! Whether you have previous retail experience or are looking for a new challenge, we are more interested in finding someone with the right attitude and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
In addition to assisting in the boutique, this role will also include social media management, website updates, and handling online order fulfilment, making it a varied and dynamic position.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming customers into the boutique and providing a personalized shopping experience.
Advising and assisting customers with product selections, helping them find the perfect piece.
Ensuring the boutique is always beautifully presented, including merchandising displays.
Handling sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Managing stock levels, including organizing and replenishing inventory
Handling online order fulfilment, including packing and shipping customer orders.
Updating product listings and managing stock availability on our website.
Supporting the management of the boutique's social media accounts, creating engaging posts, and responding to customer inquiries.
Assisting in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions.
Keeping up-to-date with our product range and sharing knowledge with customers.
Contributing to a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the store.
Assisting with boutique events and promotions.
Requirements:
A passion for jewellery, fashion, and luxury retail
Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with customers
Strong attention to detail, especially when it comes to presentation, customer service, and order fulfilment
Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook) and an interest in content creation
Comfortable managing website content and online orders (training will be provided if needed)
A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a boutique environment
Retail experience is a plus, but not essential; we are happy to provide training for the right person
