Retail Sales Associate

to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional service by assisting customers with their purchases and answering inquiries.

Upselling & Promotion:

Use upselling techniques to boost sales and highlight key store products.

Store Maintenance:

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment to ensure an enjoyable shopping experience.

Restocking:

Help restock shelves and keep the store fully stocked at all times.

Team Collaboration:

Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.

Time Management:

Prioritize tasks efficiently to ensure a quick and seamless customer experience.

Kitchen Support:

Train in the kitchen to

cover breaks

and assist with

evening bakes

such as preparing fresh food items for customers (e.g., pastries, sandwiches, pizzas).

Shift Availability:

Day Shifts:

Between

11am-8pm / 10am-7pm

Morning shifts:

From

6am - 2pm

Evening shifts:

Between

2pm - 10pm

This role is initially for

15 hours per week

, but additional hours may be available based on business needs.

There will be at least one weekend shift.

What We're Looking For:

Retail or Customer Service Experience:

Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role is preferred but not essential.

Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and the team effectively.

Time Management:

The ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Clean UK Driving Licence:

Required for the role.

Team Player:

You must be someone who enjoys working with others in a collaborative environment.
