Job Description
We are a rapidly growing home fragrance company, and we're looking for an ambitious, outgoing individual to join our team in our exciting new store in Cheltenham.
The Retail Sales Assistant is responsible for supporting their Store Manager in keeping track of inventory, follow all company standards, procedures and policies. To ensure that customers receive a high quality of service. To be successful as a retail assistant, you must be able to multitask and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Activities:
Greet customers and create a welcoming store environment. Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards. Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and process returns/exchanges. Deal with customers queries/Complaint professionally. Recommend and display items that match customer needs. Replenish stock on shelves and ensure products are neatly displayed. Assist with stock deliveries, inventory counts, and stocktaking as needed. Stay informed about product features, promotions, and policies. Accurately describe product features and benefits Follow all companies' policies and procedures. Supporting the Store Manager in reporting required by the business Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets. Support other team members and contribute to a positive working environment.
Hours:
2/3 days a week. You will be required to be fully flexible and be able to work any day over the 7 day week.
