Gifts from Wales Ltd. is a family business based in Llangollen.

We operate two busy shops, one a gift/souvenir shop, the other a busy ice-cream and fudge shop.

Job Opportunity: Ice Cream Shop Assistant

Are you looking for a fun and flexible part-time job to fit around your studies? We're on the lookout for a reliable and enthusiastic team member to join our ice cream shop team!

Location: Llangollen

Hours: Part-time / Seasonal - Weekend work required, with more hours available during peak seasons (summer holidays, half-terms, etc.)

What We're Looking For:

Ideally a uni student looking for part-time, seasonal work Friendly, outgoing, and confident dealing with customers Reliable, punctual, and able to stay calm during busy periods Flexible and happy to work weekends and extra hours in peak times Able to work during school holidays and warmer months Good timekeeping essential together with a happy, can-do, friendly disposition. Customer service skills are essential together with money-handling experience. Ability to work together as a team and take directions from a supervisor in a fast-paced environment.

We can't guarantee regular hours - this is a flexible, seasonal role
Responsibilities:

Serving ice cream and other treats with a smile Operating the till and handling payments Keeping the shop clean, tidy, and welcoming Assisting with stock and general shop tasks
