Summary

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team in the UK. Based in our shop, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and supporting sales of automotive products. Your efforts will help us uphold our reputation for quality and community engagement.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their automotive needs. Provide product information and recommend suitable wheels and tyres. Maintain merchandising displays and ensure the shop is well-organized. Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems. Upsell additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction. Manage time effectively to handle multiple customers efficiently. Communicate clearly with customers, including those who speak Spanish or other languages. Support inventory management and stock replenishment.

Qualifications

Proven experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in automotive or related industries. Excellent communication skills in English. Strong merchandising and organizational skills. Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively. Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude. Basic math skills for handling transactions. Knowledge of automotive products is advantageous but not essential.
