Sense Aroma is opening a kiosk in Meadowhall from October 2025. This is a Temp position.

Position Overview:-

Sense Aroma is seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Assistant to join our team. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or customer services.

- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

- Confidence in interacting with customers and providing assistance.

- Strong work ethic with a proactive and positive attitude.

- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment.

- Proven track record in sales and the ability to upsell products.

- Honest and reliable with a commitment to maintaining store standards.

- Knowledge of aromatherapy or related products is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide product recommendations.

- Actively sell to customers who walk into the store, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Assist with receiving deliveries and maintaining stock levels on the shop floor.

- Ensure products are displayed attractively and shelves are well-stocked.

- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.

- Uphold store cleanliness and organisation standards.

- Effectively communicate with customers and team members to ensure smooth store operations.

- Contribute to achieving sales targets and goals set by the management.

- Flexibility to work weekends and weekdays as per the store schedule.
