Overview:

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team in providing excellent customer service and driving sales in our retail environment.

Duties:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide product recommendations

- Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently

- Maintain a clean and organised sales floor

- Upsell products to increase sales revenue

- Handle phone inquiries with proper etiquette

Skills:

- Excellent communication skills in English

- Strong organisational abilities to manage inventory and displays effectively

- Proficient in upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities

- Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently
