Prom customers will put their dreams in your hands and will be traveling all over the country to visit our store and view our industry-leading prom collections. Dress buying can often be a stressful experience, It is your job to make every step of the customers dress buying experience perfect.

We have exciting part time and full time opportunities to join our West Bromwich store, selling prom & special occasion dresses.

You will be passionate about our fabulous dresses, full of information and ideas for your customers and provide a professional, 5 star luxury shopping experience that our customers will love.

You must be:

Someone who's sales motivated and can demonstrate success in delivering great customer service You must have the ability to sell and be charismatic & fun with customers A self motivated person who is an effective communicator with a great work ethic who is also willing to learn. Someone who is able to work quickly, accurately and efficiently with our customers and on the shop floor. A person that has a good eye for detail and has a passion for helping customers find the perfect dress A person who genuinely likes helping people and enjoys working as part of a team
What you will do :

Successfully provide customers a 5 star, luxury shopping experience customers will love Provide one to one or group appointments Merchandise of Displays Meet and maximise KPI conversion (targets given) On your shift, you will be responsible for the shop floor presentation, delivering sales and provide exceptional customer service & experience to 100's of customers on a busy weekend. Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor Follow the company's sales process Maintain good knowledge of our dresses and services Perform stock control and stock room duties such as accepting new shipments Work as part of a team to ensure 100% customer satisfaction Take an active involvement in ensuring smooth operations. Create content for our social media pages
