Overview

We are seeking two motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associates to join our dynamic team at The Sleep Co store in Brierly Hill www.thesleepco.com . The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers while driving sales and promoting our products via social media through photos and reels.

Duties

Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers, utilising upselling techniques where appropriate. Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor, interior design knowledge would be helpful Handle customer inquiries via Email, WhatsApp, phone and in-person with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating strong phone etiquette. Collaborate with team members to create social media posts and edit using capcut. Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Social Media Content creation is essential Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key. Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately. Ability to work flexible hours 6-24 hours per week, including weekends
