We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and proactive
Retail Assistant
to join our team during morning hours. You will play a key role in ensuring our store is well-presented, stocked, and ready to welcome customers each day.This role is ideal for someone who values teamwork, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with enquiries, purchases, and product information. Operate the till and handle transactions accurately. Replenish stock, rotate products, and maintain clean displays. Support with deliveries and stockroom organisation. Ensure the store is tidy and ready for trading each morning. Follow company policies on health & safety, and customer service standards.
Requirements
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not essential Friendly, helpful attitude with good communication skills Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work independently when required Comfortable working on your feet and handling stock
