Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products Provide knowledgeable advice on merchandise and services Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure an appealing store layout Handle transactions accurately using the till and manage cash effectively Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette Organise stock levels and assist with inventory management Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work atmosphere

Requirements

Strong communication skills Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively Proven organisational skills to maintain an orderly workspace and stockroom Experience in merchandising is an advantage but not essential A friendly disposition with a genuine interest in helping customers
