We're seeking bright, enthusiastic, and

sales-driven

full-time and part-time temporary team members to join our friendly and passionate team. You'll be the heart of our customer experience, helping visitors discover the perfect gift,

actively contributing to our team's daily sales targets

What You'll Be Doing:



As a key member of our team, you'll be involved in all aspects of creating a welcoming and inspiring shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing exceptional customer service on the sales floor,

proactively acquiring and engaging customers

to help them discover the perfect items and

maximise sales opportunities.

Driving sales performance

to contribute to and achieve our

daily team targets

in a fast-paced, independent retail setting. Maintaining an organised and visually appealing shop floor through effective stock management and merchandising. Accurately handling cash and managing EPOS transactions. Collaboratively opening and closing our stores with fellow team members. Contributing to the smooth and

efficient operation

of our busy independent retail environment. Working effectively and positively within a team to

collectively meet business goals.


Ideally, You'll Bring:



We're particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate:

Proven sales experience in a retail environment,

with a clear understanding of how to achieve and exceed sales objectives. A track record of

contributing to team targets

in a high-volume retail setting. Efficiently processing and replenishing stock. Familiarity with EPOS till systems. An understanding of

basic merchandising

principles.
