The Role

As a

Retail Sales Assistant

, you will be the face of our brand. You'll deliver exceptional, tailored service to our customers, build long-lasting relationships, and embody our core values of excellence, sophistication, and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Provide an outstanding, personalised customer experience in line with luxury retail standards Demonstrate expert knowledge of products, services, and brand heritage Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets Maintain impeccable store presentation and visual merchandising standards Support stock control, replenishment, and back-of-house operations Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally and promptly Champion the brand culture and contribute positively to a high-performing team environment

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a premium or luxury retail environment (desirable) A passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable customer experiences Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales-driven mindset with a proactive approach Impeccable personal presentation Flexibility to work weekends and retail trading hours as required Enthusiasm for being part of a growing brand and new store launch
