The role includes:
Sales - serving customers in our showroom, on the phone and online.
Marketing & Merchandise - assisting with the online marketing and merchandising the showroom.
Customer Service - assisting customers in our store and over the phone.
Our company is growing both in-store and online. We are looking for a highly motivated individual that wants to grow with our company.
What we're looking for:
A highly motivated, positive individual
Experience in retail sales
Experience in marketing and office admin
Experience in customer service and customer satisfaction
Retail experience is preferred as we are looking for a confident person, who is reliable, efficient and can meet our high standards. Throughout the 32 years of our company, we have exceeded customer expectations through a professional but friendly service, which is why you need to have customer service skills to keep up our high standards.
Throughout your time with Dreamers Bed Centre, you will be required to work weekends, as you know, it is the prime time for any retail store. It is essential that you are available on a Saturday, although you must be flexible with the hours you work.

Pay: 26,000.00-28,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
Ashton-in-Makerfield: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
Retail Sales: 5 years (preferred)
Administrative: 5 years (preferred)
Customer Service: 5 years (preferred)
Leadership: 3 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
Full U.K Driving License (required)
