Our dual focus on fresh, locally sourced food and groceries, along with our Food 2 Go/Cafe service established 8 years ago, makes us a beloved local institution. Our 18 dedicated staff members and 2 drivers form the backbone of our operations, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and quality products.

Job Overview:

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEDNESDAY 6am-3pm & SATURDAY 6am-3pm

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Assistants. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about retail and food service, with a desire to grow within our business. Candidates must be team players with a great attitude, committed to enhancing the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service, ensuring every customer feels welcome and valued. Assist with daily retail operations, including stocking shelves, maintaining store cleanliness, and handling transactions. Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and improve store performance. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner. Assist in inventory management, including receiving and organizing stock. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old. Minimum of 1 year retail experience. Ability to work weekends (min. requitement 1 day at the weekend). Must be able to start work at 6am. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Desire to grow with the business and take on more responsibilities, with opportunities for advancement to a supervisory role.
