Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at Pyramid. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional customer service and showcasing our stunning range of products to enhance the shopping experience for our valued customers.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor to enhance customer experience. Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system. Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and managing displays. Promote special offers and upsell products to maximize sales opportunities. Provide excellent customer service through effective communication and follow-up.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus. Ability to upsell products and promote special offers confidently.

Monday to Saturday 9.30am - 5.30pm

Pay: 93.00-95.00 per day

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
