Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming shopping environment. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining store presentation , and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. Provide knowledgeable advice on products and services to enhance the customer experience. Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale. Maintain a clean and organised sales floor, ensuring merchandise is well-displayed and stocked. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of service. Participate in inventory management, including stock replenishment and conducting stock takes as required.

Requirements

Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are key. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in maintaining store presentation. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. A team player who can also work independently when required. Basic numerical skills for handling transactions and cash management.
