Job Description
We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our baby and children's wear store in Harrogate. We have full and part time positions available.

What You'll Do
Welcome and assist customers, helping them find the right products for their needs Build rapport through conversation and thoughtful recommendations Process sales transactions and hand-wrap purchases Keep the store tidy, organised, and inviting Potentially assist with marketing and other creative projects as the brand develops

What We're Looking For
Friendly, approachable, and helpful with customers Responsible and reliable--comfortable working independently at times Basic knowledge or interest in babies and children (not essential but will be helpful) Previous retail experience is beneficial but not essential Must be 18 years or older
