Key Responsibilities

Engage with residential or business customers to promote competitive energy solutions Clearly explain product offerings, including energy tariffs and switching processes Achieve personal and team sales targets Provide excellent customer service and aftercare Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system
